NYSEG shut off my service because I paid more than the minimum amount on the agreement.What sense doesn this make? Now I have to wait 24 hrs for reconnection, and lose $300 worth of food. They dont care either.

And the woman I spoke with was very rude and when I was trying to explain the situation that we were at the apartment with utilities included and the apartment that they shut the lights off for has A5 month old baby in it and other small children and she told me to take it up with my landlord and when I asked to speak to management or supervisor she hung up on me

Absolutely disgusted with the woman I spoke to on the phone. Was extremely rude to me. I had set up a payment plan and they never noted it and basically called me a liar and are now making me pay more per month. I got a termination notice before I had even lived at my residence for a month and they had all of my information incorrect.

We paid our bill and over paid and they turned our power off for no reason they mixed it up with the neighbors bill and then said we will fix it we have a guy coming out now so we thought all was good but no they left it off we pick up our kids from daycare go home to no power my kids are 4 and 3 I hate this company but u can't change beacuse their is no other provider suck bull ***
