NYSEG - They do not like refunds
Nyseg is a monopoly! Even if you would like a another energy company, you can but you will be double charged by nyseg still! Also it is ok for them to take money out of your bank without permission when asked for a refund they said no. Then asked again I have to show my bank statement they took my money out TWICE! So no food or phone for me for a month. Heartless!
NYSEG - Lack of response
Called as well as checked website. Been with out power since friday march 2, still no update on my area, customer for years all ok until a real emergency, rethinking my power source now. Rather pay more money with a service that responds, than what i have now. More than disappointed. Very unhappy customer.
