Over charging!!

1 . Will not process my submitted meter reading accurately , or at all. 2. Impossible to contact at the " Customer Service" telephone # ( 4 hour wait ) for a " representative ". 3. Over estimated KWH charge (s) 4. Using grossly inaccurate " estimated " KWH usage ! 5.Ignoring ( in writing and documentation) my past years " KWH " usage per month. PLEASE , everyone with similar problems, contact : NYS Public Service Comm.in writing , or by calling 1-80*-***-****, and file your complaint .

User's recommendation: Keep an eye on your NYSEG bills!

Only open Mondays and Thursdays and you're placed on hold for one to two hours is frusrtrating. If you're able
