I'm a disabled senior ,on the heap program. On my last statement (there estimate) billing was over billed by 50-60 dollars.

I gave there rep my meter read for the exact usage. This was over a week ago ,I check my balance on there app.

They still have not credited my account. They know how to take the funds out quick but there in no hurry to credit my account .Poor business .Poor customer service.

We called about our generator not working after new meter hookup. They refused to check into this and told us to get an electrician. We did and the NYSEG rep had disconnected the generator. We live in a house that gets water when heavy rains, if generator is not working then our sump pumps will not work in a power out.
NYSEG should have come check it out. Instead we had to call electrician and pay for negligence on NYSEG’s part.
Very unhappy with customer service. First call we made, they said someone would be out. Next day we called, and they informed us that they never said they were coming.
