Been requesting assistance since the 3rd. Anytime u call you are on hold for atleast 20 plus minutes. Customer sevice reps refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. They constantly tell u that someone will call u back and they dont. They continue to say this is a very time of year. Nothing gets resolved at all

They are terrible their service goes out with the smallest storms and then the restoration times are like 4 hours from when it went out like why so slow get your people out and on the job there should be teams in place for this sort of things.
